After registration, a Recruitment consultant will contact you and keep you informed of any openings that match your CV.
If your expectations and profile match an open position, we will invite you for an introductory interview. In preparation, we will ask you to complete a brief personality test. During this interview we will discuss your experience, knowledge and skills in greater detail. In order to prepare for this interview, we recommend that you read our job application tips.
You can expect to receive feedback very soon after this interview. We will explain why you were selected or not. If you have been selected, you will be invited to an interview with the client.
The employer has the option of choosing to organize an extensive personality test or technical screening in order to further verify your skills. The feedback generated by this type of test is often very informative and valuable for you.
If the interviews go well, and both you and the employer are enthusiastic about working together, then contract negotiations will follow.
The Safir recruitment consultant will assist you in this process. Also after you have been hired we will contact you to check how the job is going and whether you are satisfied with the challenge.
